These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the Spy Systeme website accessible at https://spysysteme.fr , between the seller and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase.
All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated when the order was placed.
Delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on the carrier or the country of destination.
Spy Systeme cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

The products must be returned:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
10. Reimbursement
After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days , via the payment method used when ordering.
11. Warranty and Liability
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with legal provisions.
Spy Systeme cannot be held liable in the event of:

illegal use or use not in accordance with the law
12. Personal Data
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
13. Force majeure
Spy Systeme cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, network interruptions, etc.).
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the seller's domicile, unless otherwise provided by law.

Spy Systeme reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
