Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or refund.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The order number must be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.

Procedure

For any return or refund request, contact us at: support@spysysteme.fr with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed.
